I Was an Extra in Spider-Man: No Way Home

It started on a hazy November day in 2020 when I get a text from my sister. She sent me a link to a casting website to apply for background actors for the new Spider-Man movie. Since you have to be 18 to apply, and she was 17 at the time, she begged me to do it. I agreed, not thinking anything of it, and sent a few pictures of myself to an email listed on the site.

My New York Trip, but it’s Mostly Beetlejuice

“It’s just around the corner,” she said as I walked along the street with my sister by my side. I stopped mid-conversation with her as my eyes were greeted with the old-fashioned flashing lights of the Winter Garden. I gasped and my gloves covered my gaping mouth. I was finally here. After waiting months for this moment, it was actually in front of me.

With the return of Beetlejuice on Broadway (and Halloween), I wanted to share the story of my trip to New York when my sister and I saw Beetlejuice the Musical just before the pandemic hit.

“Knives Out” VS “Murder On the Orient Express” – A Review

Recently I watched “Knives Out” (2019) and “Murder On the Orient Express” (2017), both fantastic murder mystery movies. In this post, I’m going to compare the two to determine which rises to the top.
