Q&A #1

Hello everyone! In celebration of getting over 100 hits on my blog, I decided to do a Q&A!
Since I didn’t get a ton of questions it’s going to be pretty short. Thank you to those who submitted (you know who you are)!

“How many people do you think you inspire?” 

I don’t really know if there’s an exact number, but I want to say a good handful of people. I’ve definitely done a lot of things like clubs and won awards so I guess I inspire people in that aspect. I like to think that I’m a good role model for introverts too since I still like to participate with people even though I’m pretty shy.

 

“How have you grown this year?” 

I’ve grown this year in a few different ways. I’m not as afraid to jump into the action with others such as going to big events. I’m also not as worried about taking on big tasks like signing up for hard classes. I know how to manage my stress, and best of all, I learned a lot about myself!

“Who do you admire?” 

I was asked this question in an interview that won me a $1,000 scholarship. I wish my answer was some great scientist or athlete, but it’s actually a fictional character. Makes me wonder how I even won that scholarship…I admire Lara Croft (aka the Tomb Raider) because she is strong and never gives up. She has the coolest job as a treasure hunter and gets to travel the world. Not only is she humble but smart and takes down those bad guys like it’s nothing. I hope to live every day in the way that I can have my very own adventures, just like her.

 

“How long do eels live for?”

Google says 5 years. That’s kind of sad….oh wait it says some eels live to 15-20 years old. That’s pretty neat!
